 The following are the Camping Holiday Scotland.com Terms and Conditions of Hire. When booking tents and equipment from Camping Holiday Scotland.com the Hirer is agreeing to abide by these conditions:

1. No greater than the booked numbers of the Hirer's party will be accommodated in the hired tents during the period of hire.
2. Whenever vacating the hire tent for any reasonable length of time, and in any case when leaving to attend any golfing event, the Hirer will ensure that all hire equipment is left within the confines of the hire tent, and that the hire tent itself is made secure.
3. The initial booking fee of £ 50 reserves the tents and all equipment booked by the Hirer with Camping Holiday Scotland.
4. Full and final payment must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the dates you have booked for.
5. The Hirer is at liberty and without charge to adjust the booking reserved up to the point of receipt of the final payment by Camping Holiday Scotland.  Cancellation of the booking prior to 8 weeks before the start date of the booking, will forfeit the Hirer of the initial booking fee of £50.
6. During the 8 week period prior to the start date of the booking, all monies including the full and Final Payment are non-refundable, and the Hirer is held responsible to fulfil the hire of the equipment as reserved.
7. Non payment of the final payment by the Hirer will  deem the Booking to be cancelled and will terminate the obligations of Camping Holiday Scotland to provide a tent and equipment for the hirer at the event booked. The Hirer will also forfeit the initial booking fee of £50.
8. Camping Holiday Scotland will provide the tent and equipment as described, or of at least equivalent quality. The Hirer will be advised and consulted about any changes in the accommodation prior to the start of the hire.
9. Bookings are made on a first come basis and an email confirming booking will be sent to the Hirer as soon as it is processed.
10. Camping Holiday Scotland will erect the tents and provide the equipment booked as required by the Hirer. In the instance of the event being cancelled by the event organisers, or camp site used at the time of the booking,Camping Holiday Scotland is not liable to refund any monied paid to Camping Holiday Scotland by the Hirer. Camping Holiday Scotland advise that all members of the Hirers' party take out adequate travel insurance cover for the period of stay.
11. The Hirer and all members of the Hirers party will be careful and considerate in the use of the equipment and tent provided to the Hirer. A damage deposit of £50 will be held against any damage incurred to the equipment and tent hired. This £50 damage deposit will be collected from the Hirer at the begining of their stay and returned to the Hirer when they vacate the tent, and before they leave the campsite.
12. All damage or loss of equipment must be notified by the Hirer to a Camping Holiday Scotland representative before the Hirer vacates the hire of the tent. If any such damage or loss of equipment is found after the event, the Hirer is liable to Camping Holiday Scotland witholding the Damage Deposit.
13. At the time of vacating the hire tents, the Hirer will ensure that the hired tent and all hired equipment are left in a clean state and condition.
14. The Hirer will not cook or in effect operate any cooker within the immediate confines of the hired tent in case of the risk of fire.
15. The Hirer and the Hirers party will vacate the tent and release all equipment hired by 10.30 am latest on the final day of hire.
16. No smoking is permitted within the hire tent.
17. No pets are alowed within the hire tent unless previously arranged by the Hirer with Camping Holiday Scotland
